Do I need to be home during the clean?
We prefer you to be home for the first clean so we can walk through your home together and understand your preferences. After that, most clients leave a key and come home to a spotless house. All our cleaners are police-checked.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes — we match you with a regular cleaner and keep the same person for every visit. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we'll let you know in advance.
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything — vacuum, mop, cloths, and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, just let us know.
Do you offer NDIS cleaning services?
Yes. We work with NDIS registered providers to deliver home cleaning for NDIS participants. We handle service agreements and invoicing — whether you're self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed. Call us to discuss your needs.
